Neutraroma Return & Refund Policy
At Neutraroma, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we have the following return and refund policy.
1. Eligible Returns & Replacements
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The product received is expired or defective.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at neutraroma@gmail.com
along with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Clear unboxing video (recommended)
- Description of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Change of mind after delivery
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Replacement Policy
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by Neutraroma.
- For any other approved return cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
