At Neutraroma, we strive to deliver your skincare products safely and on time.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the tracking link provided via email or SMS.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the package/product
  • Unboxing video (recommended)
